We offer consumers the advantage of choice with  Fee-For-Services. Our hourly-based  service model is like any professional services profession that operate under a fee-for-service compensation basis (e.g., Law, Accounting and Engineering).

You only pay for what you use! Pick what works for you and we will do the rest!

Today's consumers don't want less representation. What they want is fair and straightforward representation. We give consumers the option to pay for the services they need on an hourly basis.

A full service commission based contract with a Realtor works well for consumers who are not entirely committed or confident they can close a sale. The advantage of the commission based model is it lets the consumer contract with an agent with no out of pocket costs, even if they change their minds. Up until closing, it is a 100% risk free relationship. However, after closing a risk based commission is paid.

Our hourly fee-for-service consulting services differ from traditional Real Estate services in that we 1) only provide the services hired and 2) knowledgeable consumers save money because they end up using only billable time.

We have found that committed and knowledgeable consumers realize significant savings when restructuring to a professional fee-for-service organization thereby improving consumer confidence in the value of the services.

When you hire us to consult about the terms of your transaction or to handle the administration of your contract, estimated costs for these services could be about $3,000.00. However, if you decide not to go through with it, you could be out only a couple hundred dollars.
